Registration will be at the North Entrance to Elbert School where the first 150 entrants willl receive goody bags and t-shirts. Space is limited. No vehicles will be parked until it’s registration is complete. Vehicles will be parked as they enter the staging area. Club cars and groups need to meet and arrive together to be parked together. Places cannot be reserved.

Due to insurance liability issues, the follow new rules are being enacted for2019. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

1. No vehicles will be allowed entry to the designated show area after 9:30 AM.

2. Burn outs will not be allowed within the show area or on the Elbert Triangle Cruise. Failure to comply will result in not being allowed to participate in future shows.

3. Pop-ups are not to be set up in assigned/numbered parking spaces designated show area. They may be used on sidewalks, grass/dirt/open areas where space allows.

4. All pop-ups must be weighted down to protect cars and participants from damage and injury caused by movement from wind.

By completing this form and registering a vehicle in the HI-TEST 2018 Motor Show, you agree to HI-TEST LLC's terms and conditions as listed below. 

ENTRY AND ADVERTISING RELEASE: 

In consideration of this entry, car owner, entrant and spouse or guest(s) agree to permit HI-TEST LLC to use their names and/or photos/video/audio, and photos/video/audio of the car, for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes, including newspapers, magazines, radio, social media, including video websites during and/or after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos/video/audio taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or sell such photos/video/audio.

OPERATION:

Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the HI-TEST MOTOR SHOW. Participants are prohibited from playing loud music from their vehicles in the show area, as music and car show announcements are made over the HI-TEST LLC speaker system. Participants playing music may prevent other participants from hearing important announcements etc. Violation of above music guidelines, open headers, excessive engine revs at unapproved times, unnecessary tire spin, or any other reason an entrant or his vehicle’s appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable, entrant and his vehicle will be subject to eviction from the event. Any poor behavior during the events will be reason for denying admittance of vehicle and entrant to listed events. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which the management considers to be objectionable to the event’s well being. In case of any eviction or restriction, event management is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion.

LIABILITY:

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate by the entrant, the entrant does by execution of this entry form, hereby release and discharge HI-TEST LLC, any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the HI-TEST MOTOR SHOW of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, claims, or liabilities of any kind or character or from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by the undersigned to his person or property. Further, the undersigned expressly agrees to indemnify the HI-TEST MOTOR SHOW, HI-TEST LLC, any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any sums of money which may have to be paid to any persons for any loss, damage, costs and expenses including attorney’s fees, personal injury, property damage or any other claim resulting from or occasioned by the conduct or act of the undersigned entrant or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant or under the direction or control of entrant. Entrant acknowledges the risk of damage to his person or property by reason of participation in the HI-TEST MOTOR SHOW and expressly agrees to assume all such risk.

All judging final. HI-TEST LLC reserves the right change any details of the show as needed.
